Pricing

We offer an initial free consultation, which can take place either at our offices or yours. This will take approximately 1 hour, with the aim of gaining an understanding of your needs and the best way in which we can fulfil them in both a timely and cost-effective manner.

We will then provide you with an estimate of the time we would expect to spend on your accounts to achieve your requirements, over the period of one month. If you are in agreement with our estimate, we would initially charge at a rate of £15 per hour for the first month (includes VAT). After the first month, this estimate may need to be adjusted and if you are content with the work we have completed for you, there is an option to convert to one of our contracted packages above. These are charged at a monthly rate, based both on the services and amount of work you require.

This will result in cost saving for you, as opposed to remaining on the basic hourly rate. We can also create a personalised monthly payment plan for you, based on your individual requirements. It will of course be possible to remain on the hourly rate. This especially is suitable for businesses that require ad hoc work, rather than a regular bookkeeping service.
